Flashing and pipe jacks
Wall flashing, step flashing, valleys, and pipe jack boots repaired or replaced where they have failed.
Shingle and panel repair
Missing, lifted, or damaged shingles and panels replaced in the affected area.
Decking repair
Soft or rotted decking around the leak replaced before the roof surface is closed back up.

Storm damage and insurance
GD can inspect, photograph visible damage, and provide a repair or replacement scope or estimate for you to share with your insurer. GD does not file, negotiate, or adjust claims and cannot promise coverage.

It depends on the age and overall condition of the roof and how widespread the damage is. We inspect, photograph what is visible, and give you a written scope for the option we recommend.
Can you repair a roof you did not install?
Yes. GD repairs existing roofs regardless of who installed them.
